Membership is available to all consumers regardless of prior medical history or occupation, some exclusions may apply. Membership levels also include limited benefit medical and accident indemnity insurance and other supplemental insurance such as accident medical expense insurance, short and long term accident disability insurance, critical illness insurance, term life insurance, and several others. For additional savings, the Benefits USA program includes discounts at participating providers for medical, dental, vision, and hearing as well as savings on many consumer benefits.
